This Aerospace Manufacturing Technician position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with outstanding long-term career potential.

Aerospace Manufacturing TechnicianJob Duties
- Hand-lay advanced composite materials, including carbon fiber and fiberglass, onto molds using detailed work instructions.
- Perform vacuum bagging and prepare aerospace components for the curing process.
- Trim, weigh, finish, and complete basic repairs on composite parts.
- Prepare materials and tooling to support daily production.
- Inspect aerospace components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
Pay: $21.25–$26.25 per hour
Aerospace Manufacturing Technician Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Manufacturing experience in a role that required strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to read and follow detailed written work instructions.
- Comfortable standing for the duration of your shift.
