Pride Staff is seeking a hands-on CNC lathe lead in Sumner, WA, to guide a 1–3 person team across two shifts. You will setup, program (Mastercam), and run 2-axis and multi-axis lathes with sub-spindles, while coordinating with tooling, quality, and the scheduler.
