Located in Sumner, WA, a leading aerospace manufacturing facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. This company manufactures high-performance composite components used in advanced aircraft and aerospace systems.
This Maintenance Technician opportunity is ideal for someone with experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment who enjoys keeping production running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Maintenance Technician Job Duties
- Perform facility repairs including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural work.
- Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues on production machinery.
- Disassemble, repair, adjust, and reassemble equipment as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records and follow all safety procedures.

4 days on, 3 days off / 4 days off, 3 days on)
- Monday – Friday
Shift: 5:30AM - 6:00PM
Pay: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Maintenance Technician Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1 year of experience maintaining CNC machinery, basic electrical and plumbing systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and facility repairs.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience performing electrical and hydraulic repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.
