We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our high‑performing Material Handling department. This role is ideal for individuals with hands‑on forklift and/or material‑handling experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work with raw sheets of material, using precision handling and safe practices alongside a supportive team to ensure production starts efficiently and accurately.
Forklift work is only part of this job—you’ll also spend time on inventory, organizing materials, and supporting other daily tasks.

WhatYou’ll Do
- Safely operate a seated forklift to transport raw materials and components throughout the facility.
- Organize and keep track of leftover materials to support production and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure raw sheets of material are prepared and ready for production use.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support production flow.
- Meet daily and weekly production goals while ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately.
- Maintain your equipment and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and proper material handling.
- Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value team members who think critically and take ownership.
- Prior experience in material handling, forklift operation, or manufacturing settings is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Comfortable operating forklifts and other material‑handling equipment.
- Comfortable using digital tools, including scanners and apps for staging and tracking materials.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
- A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team‑first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
