SEKISUI Aerospace in Sumner, WA is seeking dependable, hard-working individuals for our Plaster Pit & Demold production team. You will manufacture molds for composite parts, following Standard Work Instructions and production schedules, with a 4:30 am–3 pm shift, Monday through Thursday.
The role offers competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package. Responsibilities include demolding, prepping molds, pouring plaster into mandrels, and lifting heavy molds with a two-person team.
