Join Adecco’s client’s dynamic food manufacturing team as a Food Production Technician in Sumner, WA and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, delicious food products! As a vital member of the team, you'll support various stages of food preparation, assembly, and packaging, contributing to the company's success and your own career growth.

Shift Details: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble products according to established recipes and standards.

  • Follow strict food safety and quality protocols to ensure the integrity of all products.

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery efficiently and safely to meet production targets.

  • Assist with packaging, warehouse duties, dishwashing, and order fulfillment processes.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently to achieve production goals.

Qualifications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Dependable, punctual, and strong team-player with a proactive attitude.

  • Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train across multiple areas of production.

  • Comfortable working independently, following detailed procedures, and maintaining high safety standards.

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform frequent bending and reaching.

Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.

  • Knowledge of USDA standards or existing food safety certifications.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.

Additional Requirements
  • Must be adaptable to changing work schedules, including weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards per USDA guidelines.

Pay Details

$19.00 per hour
