You'll coordinate machine assignments, prioritize workloads to ensure production schedules are met, and provide hands‑on support with machine setups, program prove‑outs, offset adjustments, deburring, and quality inspections. You'll troubleshoot machining and production issues, monitor workflow and efficiency, and work closely with other department leads to keep projects on schedule.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you'll supervise and mentor machinists, promote teamwork and accountability, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and communicate effectively between the production team and management to help drive productivity and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU

NEED TO HAVE :

To be successful in this role, you should have at least four years of experience operating CNC vertical machining centers and a minimum of two years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam. You should be comfortable using precision measuring tools, have your own basic machining tools, and be committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example while producing high‑quality work are essential for success in this role.
