OPTI STAFFING GROUP is hiring a Lead CNC Machinist in Sumner, WA for a direct-hire role. You will lead the machining department, coordinate machine assignments, and provide hands-on support with setups and program prove-outs.
Required:
4+ years operating CNC vertical centers, 2+ years Mastercam programming, and experience with vertical/horizontal mills and Fanuc/Okuma controllers. Strong leadership and safety mindset are essential.
