Production Technician I (Plaster Pit / Demold)

Kelly Services is currently hiring six Production Technician I (Plaster Pit / Demold) team members for a growing aerospace manufacturing facility. If you're looking for a hands-on production role with opportunities to learn and grow, this could be the perfect fit!

• Aerospace Manufacturing Facility
• $22.25 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday | 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Full-Time Opportunity
• Immediate Openings (6 Positions)

• De-molding plaster parts and cleaning them to specifications
• Preparing molds for the curing process
• Performing light hand sanding and finishing work
• Pouring liquid plaster into molds following work instructions
• Removing excess plaster from molds and work areas
• Moving molds weighing between 10 lbs. and 200 lbs. (team lifting required)
• Following production schedules and quality standards
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, assembly, or other hands-on experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Safety-minded with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within the aerospace industry
