WHAT

YOU'LL DO:

As an Assembly Operator, you'll assemble precision aerospace components by following blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards using a variety of hand tools, calibrated torque equipment, adhesives, and sealants. You'll install hardware such as bearings, bushings, rivets, fasteners, and cotter pins while ensuring all components meet required specifications. Throughout the assembly process, you'll perform detailed inspections using precision measuring tools, complete production documentation, and maintain full traceability of your work.

You'll also work closely with the Quality and Engineering teams to resolve any assembly issues, support continuous improvement efforts, and help meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

WHAT YOU

NEED TO HAVE :

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or GED along with experience using hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and assembly tools in a manufacturing environment. We're looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, can accurately identify and address quality concerns, and is comfortable working with fractions, decimals, basic shop math, and geometric tolerancing.

Previous experience reading blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings is important, as is a solid understanding of aerospace assembly methods and the ability to identify and work with a variety of hardware, metals, and materials. You should also enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting quality and production goals.
