Shift Details: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
- Prepare ingredients and assemble products according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure product integrity.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery efficiently and safely to meet production targets.
- Assist with packaging, warehouse duties, dishwashing, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently to achieve production goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and cross-train across production areas.
- Ability to work independently, follow detailed procedures, and uphold high safety standards.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform bending and reaching.
Skills:
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of USDA standards or existing food safety certifications.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Adaptability to changing work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with USDA guidelines.
$19.00 per hour
