** What You’ll Do
*** Apply edge banding to cut cabinet components for a polished, professional finish.
* Clean and maintain your machine and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
* Verify barcodes and quality of each piece before moving jobs to the next production stage.
* Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.

* Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall quality and efficiency.
* Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.## Qualifications
** What You Bring
*** Prior edge banding or CNC machining experience, ideally in cabinetry, wood products, or custom furniture, is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.
* Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
* Comfortable reading production schedules, job cards, computer interfaces and small barcodes.
* A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
