Preventive Maintenance Technician – Industrial Conveyor Systems
All Systems Electrical (ASE) – Washington Full-Time. Some Travel Required.
About the RoleAre you mechanically inclined, hands-on, and eager to learn? ASE is seeking Preventive Maintenance Technicians to keep the conveyor systems of major distribution centers running smoothly.
No prior conveyor experience?
We provide on-the-job training for mechanically skilled candidates who want to grow in industrial maintenance. This is a hands‑on role that combines mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair conveyor systems in fast‑paced warehouse environments.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑minded, and willing to work a flexible schedule at distribution facilities.
What You’ll Do- Maintain and repair conveyor systems and other industrial equipment
- Lubricate, align, and adjust chains, belts, motors, bearings, and pulleys
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks
- Follow instructions from Service Manager or Field Supervisor to address equipment issues
- Use hand tools, power tools, welders, and testing instruments safely
- Maintain work areas and company tools in good order
- Occasionally operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other warehouse equipment
Training provided

Experience with conveyors is helpful but not required. Mechanically inclined candidates with general industrial or mechanical maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on skills
- Experience maintaining industrial equipment, machinery, or conveyors (training provided for conveyor systems)
- Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to distribution facilities in Washington
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, self‑starter, and eager to learn
- Safety‑conscious and committed to following OSHA and company policies
- Welding experience (Arc/MIG/electric or gas) a plus
- Full‑time (40+ hours/week)
- Flexible schedule with travel to facilities in Washington
- Ability to work safely wearing required PPE
- Must be able to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks required in a warehouse environment
