Full Time $28.00-$40.00 D.O.E. per flat rate hour Potential for sign-on bonus or relocation for master techs

- Paid Time Off (PTO):
All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. We are a leading Honda dealership seeking a highly skilled and motivated ASE Master Certified Technician to join our service team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to factory standards while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on all make and models, with a focus on Honda.
- Use OEM tools and equipment to complete complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and timelines.
- Stay current with factory training and certifications.
- ASE Master Certification
- Prior experience working on Honda vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
