Ferguson is hiring an Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. The position offers a competitive hourly wage, a $1,000 sign‑on bonus after 120 days, and opportunities for career growth.

• Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom appliance installations (training provided).
• Accurately handle and install basic gas and electric appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage free, correctly installed according to manufacturer specifications, and fully functioning.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers, and on‑site customers.
• Attend company‑paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up‑to‑date on product changes.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities.

• 1+ year experience with appliance delivery & installation (preferred).
• Valid state‑issued license required.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally with lifting equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to deliver “white glove service.”
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Hourly rate starting at $26.00 per hour (potential for higher based on experience). Sign‑on bonus of $1,000 after 120 days. Pay range: $19.93 - $39.29. This role is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. The starting wage may vary by location due to local or state wage requirements.
