Delivery Driver

Starting Wage - $23.00 - $24.00/HRIs this you? A person who loves driving and delivering amazing coffee and products to coffee stands and cafes. Of course, it is! If you are 21 years of age or older and love a good day’s drive while being caffeinated and working with fun people, then this could be the job for you. This individual will ensure proper handling and delivery of products/materials, all while upholding our commitment to outstanding customer service in every personal interaction throughout the day.

This individual serves as the face of Dillanos!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clock in on time and be prepared to accomplish any route.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections per Delivery Manual.

Ensure route is done efficiently and accurately.

Routes on the road by 5am. Route times may vary based on destination and may require an earlier start time.

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Maintain a high level of personal appearance and positive attitude.

Account for all deliveries, product, coffee, and equipment on vehicle/route.

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles and equipment.

Always communicate issues on and off route with Delivery Supervisor, Delivery Lead, and co-workers.

Deliver to all stands and all customers, regardless of who the customer is, where they are located, or the attire they wear.

Delivery Driver must possess the ability to move with a sense of purpose and perform duties in a timely  proactive in all aspects of the delivery position.

Skill Requirements Must be 21 years old or older.

Must have an acceptable driving record, as well as be insurable to operate company vehicles.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Strong organizational, time management, attentional to detail, and navigational skills.

Good judgment, discretion, and the ability to make independent decisions.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge in related PC software (Office, Excel, etc.).Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

Safely perform proper lifting techniques.
2+ years of experience driving large box trucks and customer service preferred.
