ScheduleSunday-Thursday 9:30 pm–6:00 am (NIGHTS)

Provide drivers with necessary support during absence, or during evening and/or weekend hours so that drivers can deliver loads safely and on time.
- Fuel and route drivers while promoting safety.
- Dispatch necessary resources (driver, truck, trailer) to address immediate issues.
- Resolve driver issues within authorized limits.
- Resolve load targets and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Previous driving experience and/or operations, and/or customer experience required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in high‑pressure situations.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive starting salary commensurate with experience and geographic location.
