Warehouse Delivery Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and preparing orders for delivery. The Warehouse Associate ensures products are handled safely and efficiently, maintains accurate inventory, and contributes to smooth warehouse operations that support excellent customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Unloads and delivers cases of products to customers.
• Adheres to assigned routes and follows time schedules
• Communicates with the routing administrator to coordinate delivery scheduling.
• Handles merchandise with care to ensure products arrive in top condition.
• Performs inventory control functions to maintain accuracy.
• Picks and pulls orders with precision, verifying product received.
• Organizes and maintains warehouse supplies and staging areas.
• Returns signed delivery paperwork daily.
• Shrink-wraps pallets by hand as needed.
• Keeps production and staging lanes clear to maximize efficiency.
• Operate a forklift when needed.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized, clean and safe warehouse environment. Adhere to laws requiring warehouse safety protocols as well as company standards
• Ensure product is located in appropriate locations.
• Report any product damages, loss or unsellable conditions to management team
• Handle merchandise with care to insure it arrives at the store in the best possible condition
• Communicate with team members in different departments regarding situations that arise related to their accounts inventory or orders
• Provide excellent customer service on the phone and during delivery
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Willingness to adhere to safety procedures and transportation laws
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Second language a plus
• Excellent customer service
• Microsoft Office Suite experience;
  Excel, Word, etc.
• Previous experience in the delivery or warehouse / distribution business
• Able to lift, move and carry objects up to 50lbs for an extended period
• Able to push and pull up to 200lbs
• Operate manual / electric pallet jacks
• Ability to work with limited supervision

Salary Description

$25 - 27 per hour
