Company Description

We are looking for team‑oriented individuals with personality, people skills, and high energy. Our CSR’s greet customers, answer phones, take orders and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service.

This position pays $17.13 to $19.00 per hour, plus tips. Paid sick leave is provided per WA State law. Qualifying full‑time employees will be offered employer‑sponsored medical benefits.

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and assemble pizzas.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and maintain daily.
• Attend orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Communicate written and verbal instructions to co‑workers and customers.

• Perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). A calculator may be used.
• Provide correct monetary change and handle cash transactions.
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for rapid and precise movements.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.

• Stand most of the shift; walk short distances frequently.
• Sit to complete paperwork at a desk or table when required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds (e.g., product deliveries, cases of ingredients).
• Carry items weighing up to 30 pounds (e.g., pizza sauce) and push or pull trays on dollies.
• Climb stairs or ladders to perform maintenance or change prices.
• Bend forward, stoop, and squat to access low shelves or prepare food items.
• Reach above 72 inches to operate ovens, change signs, and perform other tasks.
• Use hands continuously for tasks such as shaping dough, cutting pizza, or operating machines.

• Deliver product by car from the store to customers.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers to promote the business.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Capacity for physical demands associated with driving, walking, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy items.
