Warehouse Associate

Compensation

Pay Rate $21.50

• Ship, receive, and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick and fill orders from stock
• Pack and ship orders
• Manage, organize, and retrieve stock in the warehouse
• Operate manual or powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and similar

• Receive and place inbound product to designated location
• Pick/pull correct product from appropriate locations and deliver to staging area or delivery truck
• Operate manual or powered equipment to transport product in and around the warehouse
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence
• Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas
• Comply with established company policies and procedures
• Assume other duties as assigned

Not responsible for supervising employees.

9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday

• Up to 1 year of work‑related experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse or similar work environment
• Prior PIT (forklift, order picker, etc.) experience

• Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Basic computer skills
• Communicate basic oral messages
• Write brief messages and keep simple records
• Solve simple, repetitive problems following clear procedures
• Follow standard procedures with guidance from supervisor/manager
• Execute assignments and priorities provided by supervisor/manager

• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods
• Move sometimes into cramped spaces or under vehicles (awkward positions)
• Wear personal protective equipment as required
• Operate in environments with extreme temperatures and high noise levels
• Occasional travel, including overnight stays, may be required
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
