Job Summary
The Night Warehouse Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, loading of trucks, training of employees, discipline and terminations, facility and equipment maintenance, and meeting EBITDA goals. Must supervise and train warehouse workers, providing leadership, guidance, and quality assurance to the warehouse team.
CompensationAnnual Salary: $84,000 + EBITDA bonus
ScheduleNights, Monday – Thursday

- Oversee the Night Warehouse; interview, hire, train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline; address complaints and resolve problems.
- Ensure that the warehouse and assigned personnel meet or exceed operation standards and achieve budget goals.
- Accountable for both financial and volume goals that best meet overall company objectives.
- Gather important facts, make decisions, problem‑solve, and accept responsibility for decisions related to this supervisory position.
- Plan and prepare work schedules; keep records of employee schedules, time badges; utilize Ulti Pro.
- Build and maintain professional and positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the warehouse team and coordinate with Operations Manager and other department managers.
- Complete daily/weekly training or work‑withs to inspect, evaluate, and ensure that NW Beverages standards are met.
- Perform work activities related to warehouse responsibilities.
- Facilitate meetings with staff and attend supervisory training related to Odom Corporation procedures and policies.
- Ensure completion of Odom Corporation procedures and standards for all aspects of Warehouse Operations and Products in a timely and accurate manner.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- MUST be 21 years of age.
- Minimum of three to five years warehouse or related experience in the beverage industry; prior supervisory experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of warehousing, forklift and pallet jack operations, pallet building, and inventory procedures.
- Forklift and pallet jack certified.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Requires lifting/moving/pushing or pulling of 27-55 pounds routinely and occasionally 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands for handling or using tools; reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.
- Position located at the Sumner warehouse.
- Temperature varies; may be in cooler or on the warehouse floor.
- Occasional work in high, precarious places, outside weather, and exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
- Noise level usually moderate, occasionally high due to forklift horns or environmental noise.
