Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pick and Pack Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Picking and Packing Supervisor role is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in warehouse operations, particularly in overseeing picking and packing processes. This individual demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, excelling in managing and motivating teams to achieve productivity targets while maintaining the highest standards of order accuracy and workplace safety.

• Team Leadership:
  Manage a team of pickers and packers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues to meet daily production goals.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Ensure accurate picking of products according to customer orders using RF scanners or other inventory management systems.
• Packing Procedures:
  Oversee the proper packaging of items, including selecting appropriate packaging materials, labeling, and securing products for shipment.
• Inventory Management:
  Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify any discrepancies.
• Training and Development:
  Train new warehouse staff on picking and packing procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of warehouse equipment.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect picked items for damage or defects and ensure all orders are packed according to quality standards.
• Productivity Monitoring:
  Track team performance metrics like pick rates and packing accuracy to identify areas for improvement.
• Problem Solving:
  Address any issues that arise during the picking and packing process, including resolving stock shortages or product discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance:
  Enforce all warehouse safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and packages throughout the workday.

$25.00- $32.00 per hour depending on experience

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday and overtime as needed

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
