Shipping and Receiving

Mattress Firm is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to support our retail distribution operations. In this role, you will unload inbound shipments, verify and record mattress and bedding deliveries, and prepare outbound orders for store and customer shipments. You'll use warehouse equipment and inventory systems to accurately pick, stage, and load products while maintaining clean, safe work areas. You'll coordinate with store and sales teams to meet delivery timelines, resolve order discrepancies, and ensure products are handled carefully to protect quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect inbound mattress and bedding shipments
• Verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists
• Record inventory movements using warehouse or inventory systems
• Pick, stage, and prepare outbound orders for stores and customers
• Load products safely onto trucks or delivery vehicles
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and dock areas
• Follow safety procedures for equipment use and material handling
• Report and help resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with store and sales teams on delivery timelines
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock checks
