Job Description

Processing and reviewing billing statements to ensure accuracy and communicating with clients regarding billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll spend your days processing and reviewing billing statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
  • Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary billing information.
  • Maintaining organized records of billing transactions and client communications.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in billing or accounting roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with industry‑specific billing practices. (Preferred)
