Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is adding to their growing team! They're hiring multiple accounts payable specialists.

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to entry and payment
• Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks
• Distributes signed checks as required
• Acts a liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments
• Answers all vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files
• Assists corporate financial offers and branch personnel as necessary
• Assembles and processes overnight shipments to branches
• Confirms vendor banking information as applicable
• Assists in monthly closings
  
  Prepares analysis of accounts as required
• Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned
