Manufacturing Customer Service Rep

The position is located in our Sumter, SC location.

• Enter, update and process sales orders, purchase orders, etc. in the system.
• Respond to customer or distributor questions on order status, billing or delivery discrepancies, and determine appropriate corrective action; serve as back‑up Sales Representative as necessary.
• Process returned products (warranty/repair) and distribute accordingly, ensuring capture of warranty information.
• Assist in entering and updating information for customers and distributors.
• Send drawings, proof orders, and ad leads as assigned to individual CSRs.
• Handle office supplies, proof orders, vendor literature, and processing tasks assigned to email distribution lists.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned or required.

• Results‑oriented, thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving ability; detail oriented and accurate.
• High School Diploma or GED.
