Job Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible to provide administrative/office support to the Major of security.
• Prepare correspondence along with special reports for internal and/or external distribution and filing.
• Process incoming mail and answer phone inquiries.
• Request and maintain supplies.
• Additional duties assigned as needed.
• This position is under the direct supervision of the Major and serves as administrative support to the administrative Captain.
• Serves as backup to the DHO recorder in his/her absence.

• Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.

  high school diploma; related clerical experience may substitute for a high school diploma.
