Graduate Enrollment Coordinator
We are seeking a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Director of Graduate Enrollment Management in support of graduate recruitment, admissions processing, onboarding, and graduate student engagement activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and admitted graduate students, ensuring a responsive, professional, and student‑centered experience throughout the enrollment process.
Responsibilities- Monitors applications to identify missing materials, incomplete records, and outstanding requirements; follows up with applicants and processes completed applications accurately and promptly.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students by phone, e‑mail, and other communication channels; answers questions regarding admissions requirements and program‑specific information; enters and updates leads in Slate.
- Supports graduate recruitment efforts through in‑person and virtual engagement activities, including planning, coordinating, and following up on recruitment events and information sessions.
- Collaborates with graduate advisors and the Clinical Education team to support admitted student onboarding, including orientation planning, new‑student checklists, and communication of onboarding requirements.
- Provides administrative and logistical support for key Office of Academic Affairs events such as Stethoscope, White Coat, and Convocation ceremonies.

- Bachelor’s degree in a job‑related field and at least 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
- Background in graduate admissions, higher education, or enrollment management.
- Working knowledge of Slate or comparable CRM/admissions systems.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate recruitment events, onboarding activities, and student communications.
- Understanding of academic program processes and student services operations.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and follow through in a deadline‑driven environment.
