Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible to provide administrative /office support to the Major of security.
- Prepare correspondence along with special reports for internal and/or external distribution and filing.
- Process incoming mail, answer phone inquiries.
- Request and maintain supplies.
- Additional duties assigned as needed.
- This position is under the direct supervision of the Major and serves as administrative support to the administrative Captain.
- Serves as backup to the DHO recorder in his/her absence.
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.
QualificationsState of South Carolina
Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
