Responsibilities
  • All employees are required to follow all safety and quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.
  • Manage project calendars, shipping samples and schedule and coordination of meetings.
  • Organize, update, and distribute project files, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, routing messages and answering routine inquiries.
  • Update project management software to track milestones, tasks, and deadlines, alerting management to potential delays.
  • Help track project expenditures, compile expense reports, and process invoices or purchase orders.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a project support role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Procore, Auto Desk, IFS).
  • Superior time‑management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and a loud noise level.
