This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing records, handling documentation, and providing reliable administrative support in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to hatchery operations through routine but varied duties.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hatchery operations.
  • Coordinate scheduling, data entry, and reporting tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering.
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
  • Assist with scheduling egg set and chick delivery timelines.
  • Accurately enter hatchery production data (egg counts, chick counts, mortality rates) into internal systems.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of office or clerical experience, ideally in an agricultural or production environment.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with precision, supported by strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
