The Division of University Advancement is seeking applications from highly motivated students to work 15-20 hours per week conducting various aspects of database maintenance including use of constituent relations software (Raiser’s Edge) for data entry and cleanup, performance of conventional and online data collection, creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, and assistance with special projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Utilize constituent relations software (Raiser’s Edge) for data entry and cleanup.
- Perform conventional and online data collection.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets.
- Assist with special projects.
- Currently enrolled in the USC university system at a minimum of 6 credit hours for undergraduates (or equivalent for graduate students).
- Maintain confidentiality in a professional environment.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism; ability to work independently with direction.
