Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm

• Process material returns accurately and efficiently to support order management operations.
• Verify delivery addresses and customer contact information before outbound shipments are released.
• Provide administrative support for contract-related activities and other order management tasks.

• Process Surge Arrester material returns in accordance with established procedures.
• Review and verify delivery addresses and contact information for outgoing shipments.
• Support the Contract Administrator with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate shipment date changes and ensure updates are communicated accurately.
• Validate tax exemption documentation to support compliant order processing.
• Maintain accurate records related to returns, shipments, and customer information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order, shipping, and documentation issues.
• Assist with additional order management and administrative responsibilities as business needs evolve.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Suite
