Piedmont Technical College is seeking a data entry and customer service specialist for Enrollment Services.
You will perform accurate data entry in the CRM and Banner SIS for Enrollment Services; to promote data integrity; to provide quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff, via phone or walk-ins; and to provide data/administrative support for the Dean of Enrollment Services and the Assistant Director of Enrollment Service Operations.
