** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead and support daily work activities to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations.
* Provide guidance and direction to team members to meet operational goals and quality standards.
* Monitor equipment and workflows, addressing issues to minimize downtime.
* Coordinate with supervisors and other teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
* Promote and reinforce safety practices and compliance across all work activities.

** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $23.68 to $34.28 per hour
