REQUIREMENT: HEALTHCARE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

The Superintendent oversees general construction operations of ground-up projects valued at $20M to $50M+. The ideal candidate has experience in ground-up construction, leading and completing projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Interfacing with local jurisdiction inspectors and officials
- Enforcing safety protocols and conducting safety meetings
- Managing work to conform to contract documents
- Delegating tasks to Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other staff
- Investigating and resolving field issues
- Completing reports and documentation
- Ensuring project success in safety, profitability, schedule, and quality
- Developing schedules and recovery strategies
- Communicating progress to the Project Manager
- Maintaining relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years as a Project Superintendent in ground-up new construction
- Proficiency in Procore or similar software, and Microsoft Office
- Associate
