• Lead and oversee all field installation projects by supervising Field Managers, coordinating crews and resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
• Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor project progress, enforce installation best practices, resolve operational challenges, and maintain compliance with company SOPs and manufacturer requirements.
• Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing OSHA regulations, conducting safety audits and toolbox talks, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions to protect crews and job sites.
• Develop and mentor Field Managers and installation crews through coaching, performance evaluations, training initiatives, and succession planning to build a high‑performing field operations team.
• Drive productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction by monitoring labor and material performance, improving operational efficiency, resolving punch‑list items, and coordinating schedules with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5–7+ years of experience in exterior construction or siding installation, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing crews and field personnel
• Experience overseeing multiple crews and managing 8–15 direct and indirect reports
• Strong knowledge of exterior cladding systems, building codes, and blueprint reading
• Proficient in Google Suite, construction management software, scheduling, and resource planning tools
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with a hands‑on approach to field management

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
• P&L Responsibility for multiple departments, divisions, or projects simultaneously
