the Role
The Electrical Project Manager will oversee all aspects of Electrical Projects from planning to implementation, supervising personnel and subcontractors, and ensuring high standards of workmanship in accordance with original plans and specifications.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects on Electrical Projects from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Previous professional experience with design build electrical contractor, construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with various construction management software
- Must be an effective leader
- Deadline and detail- oriented
