United Health Group is hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative on-site in Sumter, SC. You will support Colonial Healthcare, part of the Optum family, helping patients with health plan questions in English and Spanish.
The role requires full-time availability Monday–Friday with 8-hour shifts between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, including possible overtime. Paid training of 2–6 weeks is provided.
