- Participate in departmental, division, and college planning sessions to support and communicate the College's mission and goals, and engage in professional development activities
- Faculty teaching associate degree courses designed for transfer to a baccalaureate degree must possess a master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in ENG/ENGL prefix courses.
- Teaching experience at the two-year college level is preferred.
