Job Description
Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
A school near Hilton Head, SC is looking for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Special Education (SPED) Teacher! If you have SPED experience and are driven by a deep sense of compassion for your students, this job is for you. This role will be for the full 24/25 school year with full time hours of 37.5/w.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized IEPs
- Adapt lessons to meet diverse needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom for a caseload of early childhood students
- Collaborate with parents and staff
- Celebrate student milestones
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid SC state certification in Special Education
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with IEPs preferred
