South Carolina First Steps is seeking a Parent Educator to provide in-home coaching and parent education within Sumter County. The role supports 12–13 families with visits of 60–90 minutes and requires monthly staff meeting attendance, with a balance of part-time and potential full-time assignments.
Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent and demonstrate strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Training for additional certifications will be provided by SCFS.
