Proterra is looking for a Production Associate to join our Battery Production team in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will support battery pack and module line assembly operations, contributing to the manufacturing of clean energy solutions. You will report to the Site Production Supervisor and work collaboratively alongside other Production team members in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.

The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of the supplier base supporting EV battery module production. This individual will own supplier development strategy, drive resolution of complex quality issues, and serve as the primary technical interface between Proterra Powered and its manufacturing partners across busbars, castings, adhesives, stampings/forming, machined components, injection‑molded housings, and related module commodities.

As a Senior Validation Engineer, you will own testing and validation across the full battery lifecycle — from modules to complete pack‑level systems. You will work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with mechanical designers, electrical engineers, embedded systems engineers, manufacturing, and program management to ensure our batteries meet the performance, safety, and durability standards required for next‑generation electric vehicles. This is a high‑visibility, cross‑functional role for an engineer who thrives on collaboration, is energized by solving complex technical problems, and takes pride in delivering rigorous, trustworthy data.
