Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.

A bit about us:

Industrial Engineer needed in Fort Mill, SC for a full‑time position with a growing manufacturing company. The Industrial Engineering Specialist will assist the manufacturing plant team by providing support in problem‑solving, lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization efforts.

• Ensure all Industrial Engineering activities, both in the office and on the production floor, are conducted safely; address unsafe practices observed among employees.
• Support and comprehend Eastern’s manufacturing processes, with full responsibility for project launches; deliver process flow diagrams, equipment plans and installations, equipment qualification, tooling and equipment tryout, run at rate, and operator work instructions.
• Assist in preparing project cost estimates, budgets, ROI analyses, and capital expenditure requests as needed.

• Three or more years of experience in relevant manufacturing processes.
• Proven success in work‑cell layout design.
• Demonstrated experience in developing Standard Work.
