• Troubleshoot and repair specialized mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment across the facility.
• Perform and assist with the alignment and leveling of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate detailed updates on ongoing repairs to ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Collaborate with Facilities Engineers and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide technical support during the installation or rearrangement of production equipment.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent downtime.
• Continuously seek professional growth through training and self-study in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Actively participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Fulfill all other assigned duties and support team-based operations.

• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 10 years of full-time experience in industrial machinery maintenance with strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, electronic, and mechanical).
• Proficient in PLCs, CNC systems, servo systems, and conventional electrical/electronic controls.
• Experience with direct current drives, machine programming, cutting or grinding processes is highly desirable.
• Must pass a comprehensive maintenance technician aptitude test.
• Must be able and willing to work in a tobacco-free environment and wear required PPE.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working overtime or weekend shifts as needed.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3 PM-11 PM).

Base pay: $44.170 - $45.418 per hour, with an additional $1.00 shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift.
