Responsibilities

Ensure optimal performance, maintenance, and reliability of rotating equipment including gas turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for rotating machinery.
Monitor equipment performance and analyze reliability data to minimize downtime and operational risks.
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for rotating equipment failures.
Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for rotating equipment issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety procedures, and company maintenance policies.
Participate in inspection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance planning for rotating equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in onshore oil & gas and refinery rotating equipment reliability.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of reliability engineering tools.
