Subsystem Program Manager

Job Summary

GE Vernova is looking for a Subsystem Program Manager in our Electrification team based in Barcelona, Spain or Greenville, USA. The role will lead the development and maintenance of integrated schedules for new wind turbine technology programs, ensuring every phase of the project lifecycle is executed with precision and technical alignment.

• Lead the end‑to‑end management of integrated program schedules to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Build alignment between engineering, product, and systems teams to facilitate smooth program execution and rapid gap identification.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align program needs and identify critical delivery dates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Improve subsystem operations by supporting daily management routines, standardizing processes, and tracking key performance metrics.
• Develop and execute scenario planning to navigate complex program challenges and drive effective problem‑solving.

• Formal education in an Engineering discipline.
• Ability to manage complex project schedules and track integrated milestones throughout a product’s lifecycle.
• Capability to work effectively across diverse, global teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them to technical engineering programs.
• Expertise in identifying roadblocks early and leading the coordination required to resolve them.
• Interest in wind energy technology and the innovation processes that bring new products to market.

This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model that provides flexibility to work from our offices or from home.
