We’re looking for an IT Business Partner — Finance to join our growing team in the United States.

In this role, you will serve as the strategic technology leader for the Finance organization, acting as the primary liaison between Finance leadership and IT. You will be responsible for developing and executing the Finance technology strategy, managing the application portfolio, and ensuring the successful delivery and operation of enterprise finance solutions.

You will partner closely with stakeholders across Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, and Procurement to drive business value, optimize financial processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Develop and maintain the Finance IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize technology investments.

Own the Finance IT portfolio, including demand management, prioritization, budgeting, and resource planning.

Lead the delivery, enhancement, and operational support of Finance applications and platforms.

Support major transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization, procurement, reporting, and finance transformation programs.

Drive continuous improvement of SAP S/4

HANA Finance processes and capabilities.

Oversee application lifecycle management, system stability, and service performance.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Partner with Finance teams including Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, and Procurement.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Integration teams.

Manage external vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance, audit, security, and regulatory requirements.

Support audit readiness and maintain strong controls across Finance systems.

Standard office environment with hybrid flexibility.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and travel as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or business technology roles.

3+ years of experience partnering directly with Finance organizations.

Strong experience with SAP S/4

HANA Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Controlling, and Financial Reporting.

Experience developing technology roadmaps and managing application portfolios.

Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technological solutions.

Experience supporting Finance organizations within automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
