** Responsibilities:
*** Develops and maintains successful relationships with business referral sources, including existing and prospective leads to achieve production/sales goals as established by direct manager and the company
* Grows the branch through development of marketing initiatives for all loan officers and retains and expands the company’s base of customers
* Develops loan officers through training in selling techniques, marketing ideas, lead generation, and closing mortgages
* Meets with borrowers to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process
* Analyzes borrowers’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
* Maintains current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including company training, continuing education requirements, and federal and state regulations

* Qualifications:

*** 3+ years of Loan Officer experience
* MLO License required
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and company-specific software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Bachelor’s Degree in related field
* 1+ years of experience managing a team
