Vector Talent is seeking a Head of Finance & Controlling - Site Finance Leader for a manufacturing site in South Carolina. This is a build role to establish foundational FP&A, controls, and reporting as the site scales.
You'll lead liquidity management, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, and build the finance team while partnering with Operations and the Site Managing Director. 7–10+ years of manufacturing finance experience required; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.
